Gert’s Thai Coconut Chili Relish

Prik Gap Gleua Relish (it’s a mixture of Toasted Coconut, Thai Bird Chillies and a pinch of Palm Sugar and Sea Salt) and is a delicious way to snack.  Dip bite-size pieces of pineapple, mango, apple or bananas into Gert’s Thai Coconut Chili Relish and enjoy the spicy sweet sensation.

A word of caution … it’s HOT, so dip sparingly.

Some other serving suggestions:  (1) Sprinkle over grilled fish with a squeeze of lime juice (2) Easy Thai fruit salad (recipe included); (3) sprinkle on top of chocolate-iced cupcakes or brownies; or (4) mix into hot cooked rice.  Let your imagination be your guide.
